Returns and Damages

  1. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns can be made within the first 15 days of order receipt. Please email customer service for return instructions and return label if approved.
  2. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@fancywhims.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will work towards a satisfactory solution.

  4. Returns must be made in writing directly to the Head Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without FancyWhims' prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. 
  5. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer for denied returns
  6. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
